By creating a Krevio account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Krevio is intended for users age 18 or older who are creating content on TikTok Shop. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Krevio provides AI-powered channel analysis, chat coaching, script generation, and content planning for TikTok Shop creators. We analyze only public TikTok profile data that you explicitly link to your account. We do not access any TikTok account privately or through official TikTok OAuth.

AI-generated content is a suggestion, not a guarantee. You remain solely responsible for the content you post and its compliance with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and applicable law.

Krevio uses a prepaid wallet model. You top up the wallet via Stripe (PromptPay or card). On the first of each Thai calendar month, the service deducts your tier fee (Starter ฿99, Pro ฿299, Studio ฿599) from the wallet balance. Add-on channel slots are deducted at ฿49 per slot per month.

If your wallet balance is insufficient on the deduction date, you enter a 3-day grace period. If you do not top up within 3 days, your account automatically drops to the Free tier. Grace period does not refund the partial month on the higher tier.

Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by Thai consumer protection law. Disputed payments are handled per Stripe's standard dispute process.

You may not use Krevio to (a) analyze TikTok channels you do not own or lack permission to analyze for any purpose that violates TikTok terms; (b) generate content that is defamatory, infringes intellectual property, or violates Thai law; (c) resell or sublicense access to the service; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract Krevio outputs.

Krevio's platform, code, prompts, and brand assets are owned by Krevio. Content you generate using the service (scripts, plans, captions) is yours to use commercially — Krevio claims no rights to your generated outputs.

Krevio's AI recommendations are informational, not guaranteed to produce any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Krevio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Krevio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
